Questions we get asked every week
How fast can you replace a broken window?
Call the workshop before about 2pm on a weekday and we will usually be out the same day to make the opening safe and measure the replacement. Jobs that come in after hours go to the front of the next morning’s run.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Measuring and quoting is free anywhere in our service area, and the written quote is the price you pay.
How much does a shower screen cost?
It depends on the style, the size of the opening and the hardware finish. Send a photo of the bathroom with rough measurements and we will give you a price range before anyone visits. Details are on our shower screens page.
Are you a 24-hour emergency glazier?
No. We work Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, and we would rather tell you that than leave you calling a phone nobody answers. Urgent jobs inside those hours are prioritised — see same-day glass repair.
Do you supply glass without installing it?
Yes. Send your sizes and collect from the Minchinbury workshop — see glass cut to size.
Is your glass compliant with Australian standards?
Yes. Safety glass we install meets AS/NZS 2208, and we glaze to AS 1288, which sets out where toughened or laminated glass is required.
