What to do before we arrive

1. Keep people and pets away from the area, and put shoes on.
2. Pick up the big pieces with gloves; vacuum the small ones last.
3. Tape a cross over any cracked pane that is still in the frame so it does not fall.
4. Photograph the damage for your insurer before it is cleaned up.
5. Measure the opening roughly, width × height, and send it to us.

Commercial and shopfront make-safe

For shops and offices we board the opening the same day so you can trade, then return with the replacement sheet once it is cut or ordered. Toughened shopfront glass in a non-standard size usually takes a few days — we will tell you up front.
