A fully framed screen holds every panel in an aluminium frame. It is the most forgiving style: the frame takes up walls that lean and floors that do not quite run level, which is exactly what you find in older Western Sydney homes and investment properties.
Framed screens are also the most affordable, and the easiest to keep watertight over time.

Who a framed screen suits
Landlords and property managers who want a screen that stands up to years of tenants. Owners of older bathrooms where the walls are out of square. Anyone replacing a failed screen on a budget without retiling. If the bathroom is new and the walls are true, semi-frameless or frameless will give you a more open look.
Replacing an old framed screen
We remove the existing screen, check the base and walls, and fit a new screen measured to the opening. If the frame is sound and only the glass is damaged, we can often replace just the glass — ask when you send your photo.
What affects the price
The size of the opening and whether it is a straight or corner layout. Framed is the most affordable of the three styles. You get a fixed written quote after the measure.
